RE: One last question...
Put the peep facing the proper way and train the string to stay that way and put the D-loop to the rear. The problem is probably the stock strings and do you really want to be looking down for your D-loop at the moment of truth? About 15 yrs ago I never got the chance to draw on a nice 8 because of the same issue and looking down to attach the release.
If this was done by a shop this is why I do everything myself.At-least if it's wrong it's my own fault and not some guy I paid to do a job right. |
RE: One last question...
Depending upon the age of your equipment, your string could be stretching and causing your peep to rotate more than it should. You might need a new string/cable.
P.S. Beware of users on this site trying to sell you products with no written warranty. It happens all to often. When something does go wrong, then they are either hard to get a hold of it takes them weeks to get the piece of equipment repaired and back to you. I agree with Greg.Try to swing everything around and install both your loop and peep properly. You shouldn't have to compensate for improperly placed equipment. Best of Luck. |
