Default question on arrow weight

hey guys just have a question on arrow weight , i am shooting a mathews drenalin at about 59 # draw weight for 3-d , i recently started fletching my own arrows and my total arrow weight is 380 grains do you think this is a good set-up or should i be heavier or lighter, have not checked the fps yet but does anyone have any idea what you think the speed would be the arrow length is 28 inches if that matters, 3 inch vanes and 90 grain tip, thanks guys

You will probably be in the mid 260's. You could go as light as 300 grain total arrow weight for 3-D, and bump the speed up 25 fps or so.

You are fine for Hunting. For 3D I'd think about lightening up and get some added speed out of your rig.
