Bowtech tech help!
This is to let folks knowwhat I've been going through and the outcome! I bought a bow from a fellow member here and I love it except for the draw length,the local dealer was little if no help so I went to the factory direct!I called and ordered the correct mod on the 24th of last month...Fedex lost it on the 29th! They(Fedex) fessed up today and told me to contact the shipper(Bowtech) about filing as lost,I have been dealing with Nick and he had mentioned it to John(must be the boss),called them back and Nick said wasn't my fault or Bowtech's but they would make good since it was out of our hands and went to put his hands on another mod free! And since I wasn't real sure if I needed the 28" mod or the 27.5" mod he would send them both!Now thats good customer service...if other manufacturers treat folks this way then thats a good industry to work with! I will order a new Bowtech someday with this kind of service!

I have a good Bowtech customer service story too. I was very happy with their service, TOP NOTCH! I just hope they keep it that way. A lot of companies tend to lose that quality as they keep getting bigger.
With customer service and quality like that, it is hard to go elsewhere!

I'm getting ready to test MeanV2's customer service!I'm trying to resist ordering a sts from him...anyone want to donate to me so I can test him?It's gonna happen soon I feel Dan,I ain't cheap just good at procrastination.
