Try it and see, if it works use it if not file it with the other ten billion pieces of crappy advise. Wouldn't effect me but I have shot mine out of my daughters bow and have thought more than once how well they flew. Hers is even 25-30 lb's less weight.

Bunch of crap.

Uncle Tedcanfight the liberals all he wants, but he needs to leave arrow tuning advice to others in the know.

i could possibly see it on his wifes bow if she's shooting 40 or 45 lbs, and they want to shoot the heavier 55 - 75 arrows. The longer length will reduce the spine closer to her draw weight.

Yes, he really said it on his T.V. show's last episode.
If only it really had been his last show...

If I wanted guitar lessons and had a fat checkbook Uncle Theodore would be high on my list of possible teachers, other than that I just wish that he'd shut the hell up.

Ted Nugent is saying he recommends that everyone regardless of their draw length should use a 30 inch arrow for maximum flight integrity and maximum penetration potential. I've never heard this before. Is there any merit to this?
That's just all those $h!tty drugs that he's taken over the years talking.:D

It was a question about arrow length and turned into an uncle ted bash[:'(]
Where are the archers helping archers?Maybe we should all thank the man for sticking up for all the people that are all talk and no action, other than just running their mouths[:-]:eek:OK,i'm done now.

Sure we should maybe thank him for "sticking up for all the people...." Or maybe we should ask him to make the delivery of the message a little better, because with his delivery of the message, he probably turns a LOT of people on the bubble to the other side. And don't you maybe think part of Ted's flamboyance is for the attention he gets, then he gets the people who might buy his products he's "trademarked" and that are sponsoring him. Sorry, I have no good use for him, and I think he's sending out questionable advice on this. Also, considering how tall his wife is, she probably has a 28" drawlength anyhow, which would be quite different than a LOT of women who might have a 24-25" draw length.

Look hard enough and you will find something bad with everyone.

Very true, he just makes his downfalls VERY OBVIOUS!!! Like I said, it's not his MESSAGE, it's the DELIVERY. But again, touting 30" arrows for everyone is iffy, and being that he has his own arrows, possibly another attempt just to make more money.

When did he become an expert. I can't stand him, can you tell? :D
