Only my opinion:

Scare me! Used one in 2001. I had the holo and the red dot sights...I think it was BSA?...

Waaaaay too much movement and jumping around with that sight for me...I like to see my pin lock on my target...that red dot was bouncy for me....I don't think I had the hand shakes that bad!

I use a single pin adjustable by toxonics....soon to buy an HHA site...

I think these would be legal in NY. Anyone know? The regs say you can't use a laser or artificial light that "projects toward the target".

I think it would be legal in NY because these don't project any type of light.

I have shot one bow with a red dot on it. It wasnt my bow and I couldnt understand how that guy used it. You have no field of view at all and no magnification so why bother with a scope type sight. The lenses can get dirty, glare, battery die, normal pin type sights are by far better in my opinion.

Wonder if I can mount my Eotech off the AR!?Optics on bows seem like they would have same effect as on firearms, they magnify target but also the persons mistakes...and in turn we try to correct the mistake, which sometimes doesn't work out! I can take a iron sight 22 and tear a target up at 20-30 yards, put a scope on it and then heartbeat, breathing, wind movement, etc. is visable and I attempt to compensate for it...and miss! The lack of optics is what keeps archery classe as primative weapons...and I like it that way.
