Looks to me like it is an inch to 1.5" too short. You look pretty bunched up and have too much bend in your bow arm.

That looks a little better and if you feel comfortable there, then try it a little and see how you shoot with it like that. Personally, I like to only have a slight bend in my elbow as I tend to hold steadier like that. Draw length isn't a set in stone thing for everybody, some like to be a little shorter, others a little longer. Find what is most comfortable for you, you will find a certain length that just "works". A good proshop should take the time to help you find that perfect drawlength.

I don't think it's too short. I think he needs to straighten out that bow arm and raise his anchor point.

Good point doegirl, if you lower that peep and get your anchor point up you would be able to straighten your bow arm out and it would be very close. Be aware though, that lowering your peep will require the bow to be sighted in again.
