Default Difference between 2006 & 2007 Equalizers

Just wondering how much the Equalizer changed from th e 2006 to the 2007 models. My oldest boy (12) is growing so dang fast that he keeps outgrowing his bows. He is shooting 45 lbs now and I think he will be ready to move up to 50 lbs pretty soon. I have seen quite a few 2006 Equalizers for sale, and I was just wondering if there were many changes made between 2006 and 2007. I hate to buy new considering how fast he is growing.

Sideplate grips that will increase it's draw length a little bit, not much else I can think of off the top of my head

Yep, I think Dan nailed it. The only difference I can see between them are the grips.

I believe the cams are the same. The reason for the different letters on the modules was because the '07 was available in a half inch longer draw length. So they changed the markings on the module to seperate the '06 from 07' modules because a #2 module on an '06 was for a 26" draw but on the '07 the #2 module was a 26.5".

Then how come Bowtech says you can't use the 07 mods on an 06? You would have to get the right number for the draw you needed but I emailed the factory and they told me they weren't interchangeable, my dealer has the mod I need for an 07 to make my wife's 06 the right draw length but the factory says it won't work.

Not sure but it could be a slight change in the way the Mod attaches?[&:]I am pretty sure I was told the cams are the same, but I wouldn't stake my life on it
