Sorry to hear about your loss, hope you're doing okay.

Orions_bow pointed out the comparison to the Extreme VTF, which frankly I had missed and spec wise, that seems to match up pretty well. It strikes me as a similar type of face off that was the case last year between the Legacy and the single cam Patriot. We'll see how it plays out. I'm looking forward to hearing some reports on the EVTF and the LX.

bwrong - I really feel the LX is far superior to the Legacy BUT remember I did not get to play with it all that much. I was impressed with it's lack of recoil and hand shock and the cam is much better drawing than the Legacy's which I always thought was harsh and not anything near the cam on the Q2 & Q2XL was.

I really feel hat the LX is a well blended hybrid of several Mathews models. It introduces a really nice new cam, features from the Legacy & Icon, Harmonic system from the Q2's, and a touch of MQ1 in the ATA.
