RE: MeanV STS
I use a MeanV CSS on both my 2006 Bowtech Tribute and on my Guardian. It makes the Tribute almost as quiet and dead in the hand as the Guardian is without one. The Guardian is above awesome with the MeanV CSS on it. It wiil only improve any bow you put it on.

Hey MD, not trying to sideswipe your post, just curious if anyone is adding some serving to their strings where the string comes in contact with the string suppressor. Just received my MeanV, installed it, looks great, but not sure how it performs yet. Like to hear from people who have used them for awhile, thanks.

I'm glad to hear you like it cause I just ordered mine tonight. He was such a nice guy also. I called to talk to him to get it shipped to Canada. If it lives up to its rep.(which I'm sure it will) I'll get one for my other bow to.

I haven't noticed any wear at POC but I've only shot maybe 300 arrows since I installed it. I'm probably not going to serve mine until I get back from Iraq a yr from Dec. At that point I'll get my bows restrung and tuned back up.

MD, thats kind of what I was wondering. Not sure how the costs differ from adding additional serving at the POC, or just replacing the string a little more often. Kind of new to this equipment, so any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.
