Usually once a loop is installed and shot in, the only way you can get it to move is to twist it up or down the string serving. I always install a tied on nock set with braided fast flight serving material above the top knot, and never have a problem with it moving. Dental floss work too. Hope this helps.

before I made this topic. I installed a nock & it has not moved yet
the serving is 6" long & 2" above top of loop & it is the serving that is moving
would it help to reserve the sting & have 3 or 4" serve above loop or tie the serving above loop or both ? I dont like to put things on the string like nocks. the loop material is bcy release rope
