I need shooting help

when I shot my bow at 20 yards or even 25 yards I will always make a good shot but when I shoot at 30 yards or more my bow will shot as much as a foot over to the right what am I doing wrong

Like gibblet said, many things can cause that. I'll go through just a few that wander through my thoughts right now.
First thing to look at is to make sure your arrows have the correct spine for the draw weight and point weight you're shooting. After that would be the centershot location for your rest (why gibblet asked if your arrows hit left at 10 yards). Make double sure you aren't getting any fletching contact with the bow/rest.
Or maybe you've developed a mental block that makes you think hitting the target at 30 yards is hard... which makes you try to bear down harder and may be causing you to pull your anchor into your face too much. And that can also cause you to torque the bow.
Or maybe you're throwing your bow to the right so you can watch the arrow fly. Keep proper form throughout the shot and keep that sight pin on the target until the arrow hits. Follow through, in other words.
Relax and execute the shot. When everything is adjusted right, and when your shooting form is stable and consistent, the arrow doesn't have any choice but go where you aim.
