I used Goat Tuff for 3 or 4 years. It is great stuff. I did have to throw quite a bit away because of it drying up in the bottle. I saw Jay Gregory on the Wild Outdoors tip section show that he uses Loc Tite Super glue. I gave it a try and have been using it ever since. I can buy 3 or 4 bottles of it at Wal mart for what I paid for 1 Goat Tuff and it works just as good, plus I have never had it dry up in the bottle.

I have used it all and prefer the Platinum. It doesn't get brittle over time like super glue type glue.
It is also cheaper and doesn't dry out like others. You may have to clean the tip out from time to time but that is it.
You apparently are having a cleaning,or prep problem if it isn't sticking for you.
