RE: New String Question

ALL bowstrings will look fuzzy if you shoot them enough without using STRING WAX.No need to replace if your only concern is the string LOOKING old and worn--wax it and it will look new again.

Yes, but some materials "pill" more than others. I noticed that whatever BowTech is using on their factory strings is especially susceptable to pilling. And wax doesn't fix broken strands. If it's old and worn looking it's probably old and worn which means it should be replaced; safety first!

RE: New String Question

I do wax my string, it just always seems a little fuzzy and i want to be on the safe side, plus since my LazerTec isnt exactly a speed demon ive heard that Vapor Trail (thestring i decided to go with) will add some speed to my bow
