Default Tribute draw weight adjustment

I thought I had backed down my Tribute when I bought it but now I'm not so sure. Went out this morning to increase the draw weight, loosened both screws on each limb, went to tighten (clockwise) each limb and the screws only went in about 1 1/2 turns and bottomed. I haven't taken it to the range to check the draw weight since doing this but before I did this my peak weight was at about 57 lbs. Did I do it right?

On my Allegiance each turn is 4 lbs.It actually maxes out at 75 lbs, not 70. So, if I'd do 1.5 turns I'd be at 69 lbs. I was shooting at 2.5 turns out (65 lbs)

If you have the 50-60# version the 57lbs could be right if it maxes at 63 lbs. What draw weight version do you have?

I thought it went up to 70 lbs. It's a 2006 model that I bought used and I didn't get the manual with it. If it's a 60 lb max, then it all makes sense.
Thanks.
