Depending on the bow,, NO. Try closing your left eye.

I'm a right handed person, but left eye dominant. Buy a left handed bow!

Yes it is possible on some bows. It looks awkward and your form will be all messed up. Do it right and buy yourself a left handed bow.

This is all assuming you are shooting a compound.

Shooting traditionally would be a piece of cake.

I'm a lefty and right eye dominant. My parents figured that out a long time ago and bought me a right handed bow. If you are left eye dominant you have 2 choices. Buy a left handed bow or learn to shoot with your left eye closed.

You're better off buying the left handed bow in the long run though. You'll shoot it more consistently and won't be fighting what's natural. Also, you are better off learning to shoot with both eyes open.

I agree with the others. One reason is that it's cheaper to buy a new bow than it is to buy a new riser and cam.

Most cams are specific to right hand or left hand, so you can't just switch on to the other.

You can shoot a right hand bow left handed. My right handed son did this fairly successfully for while until we could save up for a left handed bow.

It's better to shoot the bow that fits you for dominant hand or eye, depending on which is most comfortable for you. However, it is very handy to be able to shoot your bow with either hand.

Do yourself a favor. Sell the RH and buy a new bow. You'll be glad you did.
