Bottom line...the manufacturer of WB recommends using Blazers for a WB.

Kidd,
I have tried every vane I can think of with multiple rests. I always seem to seek a better setup. I have never had that type of feather damage. I think you are shooting so tight that the feathers are ripping each other. Mine seem to just wear at the edges. I like feathers because they are quieter than anything else, faster than anything else and more forgiving and consistent in my experiments. Negatives are the wear and they collapse when wet. I always keep five arrows from each dozen that I only shoot once and set aside for hunting so they don't wear and I really hate hunting in the rain! Problem solved! I found the 360 had more fletching noise than the WB. The WBhas basically been bulletproof for me.My well adapted rationalization skills tell me that the fletching wear is a perfect reason to buy another dozen arows every year! Same skills that talked my wife into believing the theory of a backup bow:)

yea well thanx ks that was some very valuable info well i guess ill try some more arrows aand i guess its a plus that i also set aside 5 hunting arrows out of the dozen.[one special deer arrow, backup, hog arrow, backup hog arrow, then an arrow named other for lets say cats ,coons, porcupines].but then now im also thinkin of just buying some different arrows that are maybe alittle less pricey per dozen and give them a try with the wb

Your a kid as well. Spend it like you got it! Those hunters aren't expensive, what's cheaper? Try a spear!

"spend it like you go it" is a common expression. Means even though you don't have the money spend it like you do.:D

Try a spear means just that. Hard to loose, cheap to make, fun to try.
