trouble with Grip Please Help!!!!!!
My fiance is having big trouble with her grip. She seems to always be rotated to the left (counter clockwise), and it is never consistant. She is shooting a Browning Micro Midas, 26 in draw, 35lbs. She is using a sight level but it isn't helping much.
I was wondering if ther is any type of replacement grip that could help in this problem, or is there anything we can do to help the problem. Please help.

Try shooting with your index finger wrapped around the front of the grip and your other three fingers tucked to the side of the grip, touching the area below the fingers this keeps your hand in the proper position on the grip this is the way I shoot and have taught many this tecnique, it prevents you from torquing the bow. I hope I described it so you can figure it out...if not let me know and I will email you a pic..good luck!

I use a similar technique.
Index finger on front of riser pointing down, other fingers curled up. This stops you from torquing the bow, and for new shooters, calms the mind because you have a finger on (or around as Denali Joe suggests) the bow, you are less worried about dropping it (some just can't get over that).
I prefer my technique because it is more comfortable to ME. Both a VERY similar, and do the same thing...just wanted to give another option IF she didn't like Joe's style.
I guess, My style lets the bow hand rotate clockwise a bit more. Thats all.

Yeah, http://www.bowsite.com/bowsite/featu...ticalbowhunter. Shows and tells about the "proper" way to not grip a bow. I like the curled fingers along the side of the grip though. I teach it to a lot of newcomers just as a teaching aid.
