I use the Easton ST Axis arrows, 340's.Have found no problems w/them.The slim design supposed to have better penetration for hunting.

Both are great arrows. I shoot Beman Max-4 arrows, which im pretty sure are quite the same thing as the Easton ST Axis arrows. Both are great arrows.

Try these, same as the ICS Hunter, only much better priced: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/pod/horizontal-pod.jsp?id=0004537&navCount=20&parentId=ca t20061&masterpathid=&navAction=push&cm Cat=MainCatcat21424-cat20061_TGP&parentType=index&indexId=cat2 0061&rid= I've been extremely happy with them, and when they had them on sale last year for $40/doz. I picked up 2 dozen to go with the first dozen I had.

I always shot Bemans out of my Matthews, Tried EASTONS AND HATED THEM,. I missed the target with the eastons and the arrow hit woodchips in the back and broke in half... My groups were off too

Went right back to bemans and the problem was solved...never buy them again -

Hmmmm...interesting question. I suppose it's all in the specs, since Easton makes Beman arrows.
