Straightarrow, what kind of jig do you use,
I had one custom made by a local machinist. I was lucky. He is a friend and had some extra material that he didn't charge me for. He built it like a tank. I've never seen a commercial jig that even approaches this one's strength. It's actually way overbuilt. It's great for putting strings under as much tension as I want.

Do you have any photos of this fixture? I build mine like some others i seen but am not 100% satisfied with it yet. Im looking to upgrade it a bit.

I think the photo is sized right now. This is my string fixture. I need to add something to get greater tensionon the string for serving. Other than that it works great.
