what a bummer I noticed fraying on my string where it hooks to bow carried it to shop they put new string and cable.so far so goodBUT he repaced my quick nock with a string loop which changes my anchor point a little maybe 1/2" now i am all over the target. my question is does it really make that much difference or is it a menatl thing my anchor point must be changing but it feels same each time any suggestions????

Consistancy if golden with a bow. If you've been shooting a lot with your quick nock, and have established good and comforatble form, then by all means, changing your draw length by 1/2" will throw your form out of whack! If you use a kisser or a peep sight, however, I would still think you could make it work, BUT will you be comfortable and consistant that way?
Did he make the string loop a long one. I always tie mine so they are very short, jst long enough for the caliper jaw to fit into, then they will stretch some over time!
A draw length that is too short is easier to shoot well compared to one that is too long!

A half inch is a big difference. You should go back to the shop and A) have them put the nock back on, or B) Have them shorten the loop.
I used to shoot a half inch too long and I was all over the target too. Get it fixed before you start to form bad habits.
