Does anyone use the Mathews Mirco Rest on the Mathews XT bow? If so, do you like it?

What are the pros and cons?

It is a good rest. Works well and fits the riser very very well. I do not use it because I prefer full containment for hunting, and a spring steel type rest for 3D, but if I had one bow and used it for primarily hunting with the occasional 3D I would likely have this rest on it.

I had one rigged as a fallaway on my XT before I sold it; it was quiet, smooth and I shot bullet holes with it. I had no complaints with it.
