Default Overspined?

Can anyone tell me if it is a problem to use arrows that are heavier on the chart than is recommended?
I'm shooting Gold Tip XT 7595's cut at 29.5" with 100 gr points out of a 2006 Reflex Highlander at 62lbs. I think the chart says to use 5575's.
What do you think?

Default RE: Overspined?

I think if they fly well for you then that's the proof. Per example, I've used all kinds of shafts and sizes over the years, aluminum and carbon alike. My present hunting setup is a Martin ShadowCat set at 27" and 58#. The arrows are GoldTip Pro 22's which at 27" are way way off the charts on the stiff side. Funny thing is they bare shaft well and with my 75gr InnerLoc broadheads they are tuned to fly right where my target points impact. No problem whatever. In fact, I've even shot them out of my target bow at 52# with similar results.

Just goes to prove that overspined is more forgiving than underspined.

My advice would be to screw on some broadheads and tune away. Then go do some serious hunting.
