dang..im the lightest so far at 378ish. im also probably the slowest at 260fps
next year ill be working on it. probably new arrows around 420-450grs and a new aftermarket string. should gain 10fps and gain some KE..though im already arond 60 so i dont worry about it...more is always better through.....
id run the KE for you but you gota know how fast it actually shoots. cant go by IBO speed. you should have a chit load of KE though. id guess 70-80...but if you know the speed someone can run it for you. download eastons shaft selector..they have a KE program on there. i had it but restored my PC and its gone...

I shoot a heavy arrow for three reasons.
1)I hunt elk & mule deer, in my mind heavy is better for bigger game.
2)Better accuracy.
3) Less noise.
Whatis my KE? I don'thave a clue how youadded the numbers up and come up withmy KE?

1. I blew through an elk with a similiar setup.
2. I can't imagine being more accurate with an other arrow than the ACC I'm already shooting, a heavier arrow will not improve this.
3. My bow is already quiet.
My KE is just shy of 80 ft lbs.
