RE: HELP MY TRYKON IS SLOW
Other ideas:
Remove as much weight as possible from your string. Use either a tubeless peep OR a kisser button - but not both. Remove your string silencers and go to an STS. Remove your string loop and attach your release directly to the string. If your bow has an adjustable draw length you can also add a half inch draw length by removing the string loop and attaching to the string. Lighten up your arrows by using blazers,75 or 85 grain tips, and do not use wraps. Also, can you cut down your arrow length by going to an "overdraw" style rest? |
RE: HELP MY TRYKON IS SLOW
Which release are you shooting? I'd highly recomend the Carter Quickie if you think you can INCREASE your draw length by going to a shorter release. It's possible to pick up 10 fps with a one inch increase in draw length.

RE: HELP MY TRYKON IS SLOW
You could get a gun[8D]I'd be happy with that, I don't even know how fast my bow shoots and to be honest I have never really cared, am I weird for that?

RE: HELP MY TRYKON IS SLOW
Be real !250 F.P.S. and up,always will pass through a deer.Or medium sized game.Wasp hammers with carbons, never failed me.8 deer killed andthe arrow hasn't stayed in once..So ,300 f.p.s. really won't do anything more in general!

RE: HELP MY TRYKON IS SLOW
Im only getting 166! So dont freak out too much. But 510 grain arrows and only 26 inch draw will do that.
