I can confirm the problems with the NAP Quiktune 4000 developing a cable slide "chatter" problem. My started doing this the same day it was installed. During the draw, the slide will start skipping, causing the arrows to bounce completely off the rest and clatter. The cable is sliding smoothly, but as best I can tell the Winner's Choice strings I use seem to have a more rope-like twist than others and these moving through the cheap slider's grooves are causing it to jump. My teflon slide is going back on, which I don't think is wide enough to be drilled and tapped to serve as a replacment. If the thing can't be tied off to a cable, NAP is getting it back. Not the kind of quality I expect from them. Like I say, it may be just my combination, but they should field test their stuff better than that.

Hello,
I think you may want to Contact Bowtech. I believe they are offering a new cable slide that is drilled for systems like the NAP..being that BT uses WC strings I suspect they designed it with that in mind.
Perhaps Pat (Bowtechshooter) might be able to help if he sees this.

olddogrib, contact NAP and get the new design slide. Also, cross the cables above the cable guard. I have 4 of these rests and they work fine. Cable adjustment is critical. Alittle tinkering and they work great.
