Open class--GT 22 Pros, 80 grain glue-in, FlexFletch 175's, pin nocks
Hunter class--GT 22 Pros, inserts and 75 or 100 gr points, 4" feathers, pin nocks

For anyone that cares, I chronoed both my setups this weekend. My Allegiance at 29.3" dl, 70 lbs, no silencers, heavy hooded super peep, loop, 356 grain pro 22's are at 309 fps. The Constitution with the same style peep and loop, no silencers, 29.3", 59lbs, and 316 grain pro 22's is flying at 292 fps.

GT 22 Ultralight Pros

Bohning X Vanes or Duravane low profiles. The X Vanes are hard to get ahold of so I shoot the duravanes as back ups.
GT pin nocks and adapters
75 grain screw ins.

351 totalgrains with the X vanes, 349 grains total grains with the Duravanes.
