BHunter, does the pic look like an '05 model then? I would much rather the prongs have some curve to them toward the end.

Mildot, thats quite an idea you have, might work. According to the website this rest should fit a Bowtech. I wish someone other than QAD and Ripcord would put the locking feature on their dropaway. Gonna miss that part if I take off the QAD.

Cougar Mag, the pictures that are on schaffers website are with the original style prongs. I spoke to schaffer directly on the phone today andtheysaid that the new prongs have more of an upward bend to them. I never had a bit of trouble with my arrow coming off the prongs with the original ones though. I bought my rest directly through schaffer because their was no dealer that carried them close to where I live. They said the prices for a black rest are $115 and camo is $119, plus s & h . A little pricey but worth the coin in my opinion. I am going to order one for the trykon xl monday. By the way, schaffer is open 7 days a week, and they are really good at talking with you and giving advice on the rest. Hope this information helps you out. Good luck and good shootin'.

I sure hope so Cougar. After all, it is mounted on a Bowtech in the pic.;)[8D]

That does look like a very solid rest and the cord adjustment feature would be an excelent thing to have on a drop away.

awesome looking rest the only thing I question is the prongs.I personally feel with a drop away rest( all that movement ) there should be some containment.Other than that it looks like a Cadillac along side my mze.:D
