I really like Gold Tip XT's.

With your specs you may want to go to a 75/95. I have an 04 Extreme VFT at 27" @ 70# 100 grain heads they tuned ok butthe shafts were underspined when I used my old 55/75 shafts I had.

Also they ended up pretty darn light. I cant remember exactly but close to the minimumgrains per lb of draw weight. I went to a 75/95 and left them1" longernow they are up to 398gr and fly really well. Make sure to double check the manufacturers charts. That Allie should be a great bow and quick enough you may need the 75/95.

I have heard that Gold Tip arrows are underspined. If that is true, you may want to look into the 7595's if you choose Gold Tips.
