Default Bought a Tribute

Well I went to check out the new bows last night. I have had a Mathews, a couple Hoyts which I love. I have always been interested in Bowtechs as they are always at the forefront in innovation. I shot a few bows but man the Tribute just rocked. So smooth. I am going to get her sighted in and see if I can't take a few does during the late season. Really happy with it.Between that and my Xtec I should be good to go.

Congrats on the new bow. Short of Pat you are the first person I know of that has one. Definitely let us know more of your impression of it as you get to shoot it more.

Congrats on the new bow.

Now seeing you are the first person on this forum to have one you know that you are now obligated to do a full blown report on it

My Tribute, with any luck at all will be here tomorrow. I will answer any and all questions I possibly can after I shoot it. I have a VBG Trapper 3pin and a QAD drop away sitting there ready to assemble. I would love to fill a tag or two with it yet this year!

greenhead, if the Tribute is as fast as they list it, you will probably have to adjust the spring in the QAD. Let me know if you need the instructions for doing this. I had to adjust the QAD on my Defender.

G2 Shooter,

I can use all the help I can get! I did contact Charles Beasley @ QAD about that veryissue after reading about problems with it not falling fast enough. He emailed me his instructions on setting it up and re-assured me that I would probably have not problems, but if I did let him know. (he replied to my email in less than an hour - A+ service)

If you would let me know how to adjust the spring tension that would be great. Thank you.

Marcus
