Default What is wrong? New cables...now no let-off!

My buddy had his Mathews Q2XL in at the shop last week for a new cables. They couldn't get it done in time, so he went up to school, and I had to pick up the bow for him this week. He wanted me to shoot it, and get it sighted in, so when I meet him up there this weekend, he could just fine-tune it, and hunt.
Anyways,
AfterI got home with the bow, I drew it back to shoot it, and it felt really strange. I never drew the bow before, so that had some affect, but something really seemed odd. Im not sure what the letoff is supposed to be, but Im assuming itshould beat least 65% right?? Well right now it feels like there is barely any letoff! When you draw, it just barely rolls over, and there is almost no valley, you have to hold the bow back hard, because it really wants to creep over that wall. It feels like there is barely any letoff at all!
Does anybody know what could be going on? What did they screw up?? They also had the knocking point way too low on the string, Im not impressed with the work.

Almost sounds as if the cable and strings were put on wrong. It seems when I replaced my cables and strings last time that I did the same thing. I was in a hurry and I got them going in the wrong spots on the cam.

The cam is out of sync. One way to fix it is to , press it and take both string and cabel off and twist/untwist untill they meet the factory specs exactly . Then you will have to check the sync holes in the cam and make sure they are parallel to the string .
