Do you experts use his techniques? Using his 30 days to better shooting has helped me alot. Especially blind bale practice. He certainly isn't the first one to advocate blind bale practice, but I took his words to heart, and it is helping my form. Just wondered what others thoughts were.

If I had the time or resources, I might do it. I have football every night, so I'm lucky if i get to practice at all. I don't have time for blind bale shooting. Last time I shot intoa bale, my arrow went into it, never to be seen again. I don't have a large enough target to just go closing my eyes and shooting. I really think what he says to do would work awesome, I just don't have the time.

you don't need a bale. draw, get set, close your eyes and feel it. i can slap arrows at 10 feet with my eyes shut. its good to begin and end your shooting session with 10 arrows like this.

I just use my Black Hole target. I don't always shoot with my eyes closed. But I find it still is good practice. I go through my shot sequence, and look at the blank side of the target. So all I see is a plain black field through the peep sight. I struggle a little with how he grips the bow. The line of my knuckles is not quite at 45 degrees. I just don't seem to flex enough.
