If I am reading this correctly, you just purchased your first bow and am assuming you have never shot one.
Go to a pro shop and have someone there show you correct form and PRACTICE.
You may not be correctly sized for your draw length, the weight may be to heavy, torquing the grip. There are so many variables in archery that it could be very hard to see what the proplem is without actually seeing first hand.
Has the bow been set up at a shop?
Now,if you are consistently hitting 10 inches to the top and right then simply make small adjustments to your pin site .Your centershot may be off, fletch contact. To many variables.
Go to a shop, have someone check the bow, learn how to shoot it and practice, practice, practice.

Well, I have to agree, you should go to a reputable pro-shop.

BUT....till then, you can sight the bow in by chasing the arrow with the pin.

In your case the arrow hits high right, so move the pin you are aiming with, higher, and in *towards the riser (right). *Assuming you are a right handed shooter.

Welcome to the sport of archery by the way, you should enjoy it for years to come!---Matt
