Posting Pictures

Posting Pictures
OK, I guess I just don't get it. Evertime I try to post a picture I get the page can not be displayed error. Here is how I am attempting to post a picture. I click on the "click here to upload" button, and then the "browse" button I then go to where I have my pics saved on my pc click open, and I check the embed picture in post box, and it still comes up with the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Popere, try having your picture hosted by some other site, I use PhotoBucket, After getting it hosted somewhere click the image icon above and paste the URL address to your picture in the middle of the 2 symbols.
