How do I make my picture smaller so it will not be too big to post?

You can save it as a bitmap. Then go to image-stretch and skew. There you can reduce the size. I usually try 80% by 80% first. Then save it back to a jpeg. It worked for me in my post " Big Bear Picture" on the Northeast forum.

I either use Adobe Photoshop or PhotoImage or something like that...that will edit pictures...

You might even be able to shrink in Microsoft Paint...just shrink it a little at a time til it fits like Barnes said...good luck.
