Default Deleting posts??

How do I delete posts/threads? I just posted a thread in 'hunting gear reviews' but thought it would be better under 'optics'. I copied and pasted it to optics, but cant delete the original thread from 'hunting gear reviews'?

You can not totaly delete - Only Moderators or Administrators can.

but you can help us if it is a double post by going back and deleting the body of what you have written. In place just ask "please delete"

thanks
