I am still having a great amount of trouble uploading pictures. I have figured out how to do it, but they are always small. There must be a simpler way? help.

Have you tried resizing them by using your ms paint program and also clicking on the (EMBED picture in post ) box at the bottom of your post ?
Another question ... have you tried renaming your file from a jpg to a gif , that might work .
