I've got them sized down and they work on other sites just not here. WTH!!??

Questions .... are you clicking on ( upload picture into avatar will replace ) and then getting the message ( upload successful ) , if your doing and getting all that are you clicking ( APPLY ) at the bottom of your profile page.

I select my file and I get this

Can't say I've never seen that before .... when you are in your porfile page and you scroll down to your avatar , you should have three options.
1 being click to choose avatar , will replace with existing one , 2 being click to choose avatar's and 3 being don't display avatar's.
When you click on option 1 a pop up window should read " browse " , click on that and then find the picture you want from either your documents or your pictures ( file ) or what ever file you have the picture saved in.
Double click on that file name and it should show up in that window if it doesn't then you'll have to remane that file and change it from a ( gif ) to a ( jpg ) or what other option you have.
Then try it again if that doesn't work you might have to resize it , if you still have problems send the picture you want to me in care of ( [email protected] ) and I'll see what I can do then send it back to you ready for you to use.
