Hello, I am new to the site and I cannot for the life of me get into the chat room. I have disabled all my pop up blockers and things but I cant get in. It says loading on IE but never loads. Firefox won't even try to load. Any suggestions? Thanks. Tom

I'm no expert on computers but I've got the same problem. The way I fix it is to keep trying to load it and after around 3 tries it finally loads.

I just thought of something you need to install Java for it to work if you don't already have it.

I have java already. just bought this puter 2 weeks ago from dell and it's got everything preinstalled. it even fluffs my pillows before I go to bed. lol I can get into the other chat rooms I visit with no problems. Just this one I can't get into. thx. Tom

I'm not sure what it could be. I'll get on the chat room and try and get some people that know what they are doing to help ya out.

I had a friend tell me that it might be because I have Vista. The chat might not be set up to accept Vista yet. That's all we can come up with. thx very much for your help. Tom

vista's not the problem. but still can't get into the chat!!!!

Just because your computer is new doesn't mean you have the latest version of the software installed. Try visiting www.java.com to get the latest version and then try getting into the chat room.

If that doesn't do it, try using another browser. If you're using IE, try using Firefox and vice versa.

thx for the post bro. I did go download it and I've tried everything. nothing works with firefox or IE. I gave up on it.
