It says error HELP!!

I can not get my pics to downlaod. I have a mac, I have resized the picture a few times but i get to the point where i have to download the pic and it keeps telling me error reading disc??? Can any one help me??

This link is from HNI and is real good to fallow. I like hosting photos on a host site like photobucket.com and then you do not have to resize.
