when I try to upload a picture from my files it says, "I do not have permission" or "feature is disabled." Is this a cookie issue or what?

Hmm.. I'm not sure why you are getting that message.

How big is the picture you are trying to upload?

Try logging out and logging back in, and see if that changes anything.

Still no diff Christine. I can't get to my file regardless of size and it said the same thing. I've sent pictures before doing this same procedure without going to photobucket(?) but now when I click upload, it doesn't enable me to go any further, [:@]saying that I don't have permission. Thanks.
