Go to the "technical help" in the technical category at the bottom of the forums page and they should be able to help.

Go to your profile page, scroll down to "my signature" and you can upload it from there. There are KB restrictions, 100 I believe.

How did you get a 100 kb picture that has a 290 x 290 dimension?

You'll need to resize it using some editing software. You can also host your photo through www.photobucket.com .........I know we used to be able to upload photos through there, but now that I think about it, I am not sure it is supported anymore. I run mine through adobe photoshop.
