Is it the actual eye, or the skin around the eye? A crack around the skin could be filled with epoxy compound and painted. A crack to the eye itself is more complicated and may or may not be fixed well.

A crack in the glass eye can be repaired by the taxidermist. It should be replaced. The skin around the eye has to be rehydrated until pliable. The eye is removed and a new one placed in. The operation is tedious, but do-able. The area will need repainted and most likely the taxidermist will have to touch both sides to ensure the same color...[]
