Got my 2013 WI opening day 9-point buck back from the taxidermist!
I picked up my 2013 Wisconsin gun-deer opening day buck back from the taxidermist today!
This is the deer that I posted on the forums here: http://www.huntingnet.com/forum/whit...ght-video.html
...and also caught me shooting him on video via my trail camera here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yklp2YQ5fSA
The buck's left eye was actually bad & poked out! After I dropped him off, I got a call from my taxidermist that night asking how I wanted his left eye! I chose to have it in as it "should be" versus having it squinted/swolen shut.. lol
Here he is on the wall:

Thanks!! Yeah, his bases are massive.
Thanks... I'll probably keep that on. It's the CWD/Registration tag. Got another buck on the wall that I left it on...

My taxidermist never took that long, even when he had a full time job in addition to his taxidermy shop. I just checked the couple of deer I posted to this forum, and I have one from 2010 that I got back 1/21/11, my 2003 came home 1/13/04...
He's not too far from Chicago if you need someone
