Help with Euro plaque?

A while ago someone posted a pic of a Euro mount on a wall mounted plaque that had a wood swivel. I have tried the search on this site and have not gotten anything. I was hoping someone here may remember what I am talking about. I just finished my buck skull from last gun season and I really wanted to use his/her idea for mounting it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You have to search the old posts. The post you are looking for was made on 11/10/06. Check old posts last 180 days. It's on page 4, I believe.
