Default Lime bath and freezing (first attempt)

This is my first buck skin attemptso my questionsmay be simple. Here goes:

I just finished a six day hydrated limebath last night. I removedthe hair with out any difficulty with my hand. Since the hair came off of the hide with this much ease, do I still need to scrapeit (scudding?).

Also, like most of you, I havesome time constraintsand would like to freeze the hide for a later date. Can I freeze at this point or do I need to rinse first. Can I rinse before scrapping the hair side?

An finally, with the rinse, how much vinagar should I use per five gallon of water? I don't want to swing the ph too far.

Thanks, guy/gals.
