The question as stated was the hide was in the Lutan Tanning solution, and I was not able to pull it out at the recommended time and I needed advise as to what I should do. It had nothing to do with pickling, and I felt that being told that I should have kept it in the pickle until I had the time to work on it was a smart aleck reply. If I had known that my work schedule was going to change Iwould have kept it in the pickle.
