Matt if I am not mistaken with that sight and his age he will have to shoot the young adult male class which is an open class. Chase, you can get all the info at www.asaarchery.com. The rules and costs and all that. It is all pretty informative. Good luck

Youth boys is 13 and 14 year olds and young adult is 15 to 17 years old. Both are open classes and you can shoot any kind of rig you want. Youth boys shoots 1 known and 1 unknown out to 30 yards. Young adult i beleieve is the same for the known and unknown and they shoot out to 40 yards.

I'd plan on shooting Young Adult. It's a tough class!!!
