Pike County Illinois Buck hunt for Mule Deer Buck Hunt
I would like to trade a Pike County Illinois quality Whitetail Buck hunt for a quality Mule deer hunt in either 2014 or 2015. I would prefer a mule deer hunt in December.
What i have to offer is 470 acres of exceptional Pike County Illinois Whitetail deer habitat. We have an abundance of food and water. Our land borders our families land which with ours would total over 1000 acres of managed whitetail habitat in one block. Land is nearly 50% timber 50% tillable. Food sources include hay, corn and soybeans. My 470 acres is hunted by me and my son. I have a preacher friend that hunts does only. Hunting pressure is really low as part of our management plan to encourage big deer to call our farm home. From 2010-2013 we have taken from our farm 5 bucks ranging from 153" to 162".
A Nebraska muzzle loader hunt would be a perfect fit. I am not sure what all western states offer for December opportunities. I could entertain a September hunt also. Since i have a full time job and farm October and November are challenging times for me.
