800 acres along mississippi in eastern iowa,river bluff, crop ground and big timbers..have stands scattered across the ground. Do very well every year on it! looking to try a swap a hunt deal..love hunting so i am open to just about anything in the states..except whitetails lol. i can offer you the land but no lodging.which i can do the same where i end up. How about a spring turkey hunt in vermont. No guarantees I hunt on some private land usually have pretty good luck got 2 nice long beards last year.

Just read again saw you were looking for something in the fall sorry. But if spring is something you would do. Lots of turkeys plus fishing I live on the champlain islands. on lake Champlain lots of bass fishing and all kinds of stuff to do
