Swap for next yr.
Well hunting seasons coming to a close here (SE Wyoming)so it’s time to start thinking about next year (fall 2011). I’ve got a large ranch with great archery antelope hunting. I’ve got a couple box blinds set on watering holes and plans to put more in this spring.
I also have some good areas for spot and stalk archery mule deer hunting. It’s public land but that’s why I archery hunt, to avoid the crowds.
I’m not an outfitter I just love to hunt and can’t afford to pay for it. The antelope and the deer units are both draw tags but they’re usually 100% draw (Jan. 2010 deadline). Can also get additional doe tags if you’ve got an itchy trigger finger and need to fill the freezer.
Archery- crossbows are legal Rifle
Antelope season Aug. 15th – Sept 30th Oct. 5th – Oct. 30th
Deer Sept. 1st – Sept. 30th
I’d really like to get a good gator, but me and my hunting partner would also be interested in archery whitetail or bear.
